"I originally left a review given our experience with this State Farm location, and they kindly asked me to remove it. We have had multiple issues with communication, the app not working correctly, and never seeming to be caught up with our account regardless of how much money we gave them. I have now canceled our policy with them due to the lack Of proper communication. They have made excuses as to why they’re not responsible for their own app and why we are unable to know what is due without calling them directly. After leaving my last one star review, I did decide to remove it, but can’t help but point out the fact that they asked me to remove an honest accurate, and in my opinion, truthful experience on our end. Since leaving our last One star review, asking me to remove it, I’ve decided to leave a 2 Star review as one star may have been a bit harsh. Everything stands, we were given improper information multiple times over the last year, they claimed that they did us a favor by insuring us, but that is exactly what we have paid them to do is make sure that we are covered. They did cover us through two separate accidents on two separate occasions, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that we were majorly miscommunicated with, we were left unknown, whether or not we were going to be insured, even though ultimately we did get covered. As well as never knowing what was actually due on our bill and being behind for almost a year after giving them hundreds of dollars per month, an employee telling us that we were caught up and didn’t owe even though we were ready to pay them , and seemingly never getting anywhere."

"Since July 2024, we received calls and emails from this office about a bundle savings. They were kind enough to repeatedly tell us the “savings” and how we’d get a check to refund us. The goal was to apply it to our escrow account and reduce our mortgage payment. When the check came, it was for the prorated amount and we were shocked. It was over 1k difference. Conveniently the process and amount was “miscommunicated.” Give me a break! This is why so many people hate dealing with insurance because they withhold information and then try to be like “oopsies, sorry you didn’t understand this correctly.” I refuse to believe Brandon and his staff don’t understand how to discuss and properly apply their bundle policies. Do yourself a favor and find an agent who has integrity."

"Brandon has been our State Farm agent for 13 plus years. Anytime we’ve had a question about anything he has answered quickly and to our satisfaction. We’ve had several claims through these years and Brandon has always been very helpful answering questions, giving us direction on what to do, and getting the claim settled ASAP. We’ve always been able to talk to him or his staff easily and been made to feel that we are important to State Farm. We’re very pleased with the customer service that Brandon and his staff have provided. I highly recommend him!"
